Oh no, pangya...

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the account you are trying to transfer has been permanently closed by the previous publisher of Albatross 18.
Accounts closed in this manner cannot be transferred to Ntreev USA.

That's the message I got after trying to transfer my old account. I'm keeping in mind that this attempt was right after the announcement was made (like literally minutes after). Some investigation reveals that just about everyone else is having the same problem, so I suspect it's a bug on Ntreev's part. Maybe it's because they had to rush to get this out, hopefully this will be fixed soon.
